Marketing & Event Coordinator
Camp Hill, PA | Full-Time | Onsite
Mountz Jewelers is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Manage and maintain the Mountz Jewelers website, including product updates, promotional content, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
- Coordinate in-store and community events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional efforts.
- Analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-focused environments
