SHIPPING
Mountz Jewelers offers standard and expedited shipping on all merchandise from our website. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on method chosen.
Please note all deliveries require an adult signature.
Merchandise is not guaranteed in stock due to in-store sell through. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 48 business hours.
In stock rings are listed with size. Sizing may be available on certain rings, please call our store for details. Otherwise please visit one of our stores to order an alternate size (note a price differential may be incurred).
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Mountz Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories is unavailable at this time.
For U.S. orders and shipping with mountzjewelers.com, you must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 3 business days processing time for all orders plus shipping time.
RETURNS
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of invoice date, with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates.
Simply email this form to info@mountzjewelers.com to obtain a Return Authorization and then mail the item(s) to our office or return to any of our 3 locations. Returns without an approved RA number will not be accepted either thru shipping returns or in-store returns. The customer is responsible for the product during return shipping. Mountz Jewelers is not liable for lost or damaged returned packages.
Refunds are issued within 3 days of our receipt of package or return in-store and are only made to the purchaser of record in the exact same form of original payment. Website purchases will be refunded in full minus any incurred shipping costs.
Please note personalized, sized, final sale, altered and/or worn merchandise is not returnable.
JEWELRY GUARANTEE
One year guarantee against manufacturers’ defects.
We suggest having your items appraised (complimentary appraisal issued upon request) and insured against loss, damage or theft with an addendum to your homeowner’s policy.
