Shipping & Returns
*Mountz Jewelers offers standard and expedited shipping on all merchandise from our website. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on method chosen.
*Please note all deliveries require a customer signature.
*Merchandise is not guaranteed in stock due to in-store sell through. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 48 hours.
*Mountz Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories is unavailable at this time.
*For U.S. orders and shipping with mountzjewelers.com, you must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States.
*At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
*Please allow up to 3 business days processing time for all orders plus shipping.
*We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of invoice date, with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates.
*Simply email this form to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization and then mail the item(s) to our office. Returns without an approved RA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the product during return shipping. Mountz Jewelers is not liable for lost or damaged returned packages.
*Please note personalized, sized, final sale, altered and/or worn merchandise is not returnable.
*Refunds are issued within 3 days of our receipt of package and are only made to the purchaser of record in the exact same form of original payment. Website purchases will be refunded in full minus any incurred shipping costs.
*One year guarantee against manufacturers’ defects.
*We suggest having your items appraised and insured against loss, damage or theft with an addendum to your homeowner’s policy.
