Mountz Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories and PO Boxes are unavailable. When placing an online order, your credit card billing address must also be within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise must be in its original condition and returned with its receipt, warranty cards and certifications in the original box. Cash purchases will be refunded by check. Please note watches, special orders (to include non-inventory purchase or any stock item custom made or altered at the customer’s request i.e. sizing & engraving), personalized, sized, final sale, altered and/or worn merchandise is not returnable.
