During this event, Mountz will introduce the newest John Hardy jewelry designs and provide special savings on retired collections. John Hardy jewelry is born of the encounter between designers and artisans, the relationship shaping the development of the brand’s signature luxury craftsmanship. Each piece is fully designed and intricately crafted by virtuoso artisans on the brand’s compound in Bali. Head Designer Guy Bedarida sketches his inspired pieces, and the team of artisans gives his vision life as they carve and smith sterling silver, gold and gemstones into jewelry. The art of jewelry-making is an ancient skill dating back to the time of kings on the island nation; descendants of those original artisans make up the John Hardy team today.

About John Hardy

John Hardy is a luxury handmade jewelry brand, founded in Bali in 1989. The company’s collaboration between designers and artisans yields jewelry that unites the mastery of the talented jewelers who served Balinese kings with modern design interpretations.

In 2007, John Hardy retired and sold the company to Damien Dernoncourt (now CEO) and Guy Bedarida (Creative Director & Head Designer). Together, they have expanded the brand worldwide and while adhering to strict policy of "greener every day" - the belief that a business can prosper with respect to the people, while preserving nature and the environment. John Hardy collections are sold widely around the U.S.
