Camp Hill, PA, September 24, 2018 – Local jewelry store, Mountz Jewelers is proud to announce that newly crowned Miss Pennsylvania, Kayla Repasky, will be their special guest at the West Shore Chamber of Commerce Business & Industry Expo on Thursday, October 4 from 2 to 6 p.m. Kayla will be present at the Mountz Jewelers booth, participating in the expo’s Tailgating theme and talking to attendees at the annual networking expo at the Radisson Penn-Harris Hotel. “This year’s Miss Pennsylvania is once again local to Central PA,” says Tonia Ulsh, President and Chief Operating Officer of Mountz Jewelers. “Having Kayla come from the Gettysburg area, makes the presence of Miss Pennsylvania at this event even more exciting for our entire team. We look forward to sharing her with our local colleagues!”
At the expo, Kayla will wear the official “Miss Pennsylvania Crown”, courtesy of the Pennsylvania Jewelers’ Association (PJA). The crown, which is made of 14-karat gold, features 92 carats of amethyst stones, including a 37 carat amethyst stone cut in the shape of a keystone surrounded by 214 diamonds. The gemstones and gold of the crown were donated by local jewelers and members of the PJA, and made into the custom crown valued at $35,000.
