The true definition of obsession is “the domination of one’s thoughts or feelings by a persistent idea, image, desire, etc.” So, I’m sure an argument can be made that I may have an “obsession” for watches based on my continued “desire” to purchase one every time I’m presented with an image of something new… an image that then becomes “persistent” until Christmas finally comes. Only if I’m lucky to find it wrapped under my tree will the obsession end!
Therefore, I’m sure you can sympathize with the dilemma I’m faced with on a daily basis… there is quite an extensive collection of gorgeous watches just down the hall from my office.
