I visited Mountz Carlisle to have an heirloom watch assessed. Ashley introduced herself to me and offered to help me. She worked dilligently with watchmaker, Michael, to assess the watch and provided me with sound advise. They spent nearly 20 minutes on the watch, replaced and glued the glass face and got the watch to close for me. I greatly appreciated the care and sincerity that they both provided me. A pleasure to work with the folks at Mountz!
