Maybe this is standard practice at mountz but my wife works at a retirement center and one of her residents asked her if she could get his watch sized. He asked her because through conversation he knew I was a watch enthusiast. The watch is a very cheap immotation diver...all of maybe $20. However it's one of his only possessions, and means a lot to him. So I took it to mountz to have a few links taken out. I was expecting to pay $12-14. To my surprise the watch was handed back to me sized and no charge. Now I don't know if they don't charge for sizing or if they just understood that we were just trying to do something nice for someone without. I had already been a customer for them and with that one simple act I will remain a customer as long as I live in this area.
