Wow, what incredible, fast service!! I went to Mountz on Monday to see about having a cake knife engraved for my daughter for her wedding. It was the same knife we used for our wedding, and this engagement was a month long, so this was a last minute idea. Kaitlin was very helpful. I knew I needed to get it in the mail pronto, so I asked Kaitlin if I could have it by the end of the week, explaining my situation. About a half hour after I arrived home Kaitlin called to say my knife was ready! And it looks fabulous! I love having Mountz here in Carlisle. Thank you!!!
