I stopped in to get some links taken out of my watch. Jim was the wonderful representative that assisted me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We chatted while he assisted me and joked around with me. I have always been a fan of Mountz, and employees like Jim are the reason I keep coming back. Even for something small like getting some links taken out.
