I went to Mountz right before the pandemic to get a new engagement ring being my previous one was a mess from a different jewelry store. Ashley Brooke at the Carlisle location was so amazing, and gave my fiance and I so many options for what we wanted with the engagement ring. During the pandemic, she kept me updated on when my ring would be in and was so accommodating. My ring is so gorgeous and my fiance and I are so happy with the way it came out. We also received our wedding bands at this location, which came out perfect as well. We are going to be lifelong customers at this location because of the employees and how awesome they are!
