This jeweler is amazing. They know exactly what you're looking for and if you can't find it, they will find it or make it for you!! I was able to get exactly what I wanted without any hassle or a crazy price! There is always somebody waiting to help you out, no matter who you worked with initially. They respond to emails and phone calls as well, but statements seem to take a while to arrive, which can cut your time available to pay them off. They do offer discounts and send coupons and event info if you continue to use their services and we are really happy with how well everything has gone for our engagement/wedding/gifts thus far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :D
