She listened to everything we said, and provided options outside of a quick sale. After selecting our beautiful stone, we decided we wanted a lotus design in the bridge of the ring: Lisa let us know that Jenn Floray-Selegrath was their onsite CAD designer. These two women, from start to finish, helped this clueless guy design, cast, and receive the perfect ring for my perfect partner. I traveled back and forth from New York City because the people at Mountz treated us better than any other jeweler we had visited. 100% recommend.
